Your main tasks:
Our Service is responsible for resolving customer’s technical requests, when possible, in a single telephone call using customers troubleshooting protocols:
– Offer constant excellent customer service
– Take incoming user requests (via telephone, email, voicemail and pager)
– Log call details onto the management systems, providing resolution to the customer
– Maintain knowledge and expertise in order to keep our Users satisfied
– Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
– Monitor / progress all open queries in queue

What we need from you?
– Native/ Very high level of German and fluent English
– Passion for Technology and customer support
– Excellent communication in a variety of customer facing situations
– Positive Attitude & Motivation
– Technical certifications or High School/University
